The company said they're implementing a solution, and have referred the matter to US and European law enforcement agencies for further action.
e.p.i.c. to make The Feeble Files for Mac
Mac game publisher e.p.i.c. interactive has announced another Mac game conversion project. The company plans to bring The Feeble Files, a game originally developed by Adventuresoft, to the Mac. 4 pillars mac os. It's an oddball adventure game that puts you in the role of Feeble, an alien who gets involved in a plot to overthrow his own bureaucratic government. e.p.i.c. says the game is coming this May.
Heavy Metal F.A.K.K. 2 goes OS X
The folks at The Omni Group have been hard at work on making Mac OS X-compatible versions of several games. One of the first fruits of their labor was just released this past week — an OS X version of Heavy Metal F.A.K.K. https://torrentpush.mystrikingly.com/blog/vegerevenge-mac-os. 2, the 3D action game developed by Ritual Entertainment and published by Gathering of Developers. It's a beta release and the Omni Group recognizes some issues with it, but still, if you're anxious to game with OS X, it's nice to have.
Monkey Shins 2: Gorilla Warfare gets update
A new version of Monkey Shines 2: Gorilla Warfare is ready for download from Fantasoft's Web site. The new version corrects all known issues with the game. Monkey Shines 2 is a side-scrolling 2D platform-jumping action game chock full of old-school arcade-style goodness.
RockNES/Mac OS goes Carbon
Arcade Boy: Color Warfare (beta) Mac Os 7
Richard Bannister has updated his excellent Mac conversion of the Nintendo Entertainment System emulator RockNES for OS X. The console emulator is now Carbonized, making it possible to run both on Mac OS 8/9 (With CarbonLib 1.2 or higher installed) and Mac OS X. He's also added 16-bit color support to the video output, enabling a number of new video modes in the process.

Folks who are interested in getting the best performance out of their Mac OS X systems may want to apply the new update that Apple just released, version 10.0.1; and Apple has dropped the price, changed the availability date, and offered backordered customers some options regarding the fast-as-blazes GeForce3 graphics card they announced at Macworld Expo in Tokyo this past February.
